The Solar Yoga Center has such a welcoming atmosphere. I love the small, homey feel to the studio and the intimate class setting. This studio is where I started my yoga journey, and the instructors are beyond helpful. They guide through the poses and check for alignment, but I still feel as though it is my personal practice. I have appreciated this kind of guidance so much. Finally, the Solar Yoga Center is a non-profit organization, which makes it that much more special to support!

Audrey (2019)

A 2012 relocation to the Central West End from Tucson, AZ, led me to Solar Yoga. The variety of classes, levels, volunteer teachers and non-profit status greatly appealed to me. Four years later, I continue my multi weekly practice at the first yoga studio in STL.

Even after a move to STL County 18 months ago, I am still a dedicated member of this great community resource.
