, Diane will lead a class
focusing on Arthritis.

Low impact physical activity is proven to reduce pain & decrease stiffness. Routines include gentle range of motion, strengthening, & cardiovascular excercises suitable for every fitness level. The program was designed for people with arthritis, although the class is not restricted to just those with arthritis as it will benefit those with stroke and other issues also.
